S32750 GRADE Duplex SS SMLS PIPE
Introduction
ASTM A790/A790M S32750 (2507) super duplex stainless steel pipes combine austenitic-ferritic microstructure with exceptional mechanical and corrosion properties, designed for the most aggressive offshore, chemical, and marine applications. With 24%-26% Cr, 6%-8% Ni,3%-5% Mo, and 0.24%-0.32% N, this alloy surpasses standard duplex grades, offering PREN ≥43 for unparalleled resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking (SCC).

Ultra-High Strength: Yield strength ≥550 MPa, twice the strength of 316L, enabling lightweight designs for high-pressure systems.
Superior Chloride Resistance: Excels in seawater, brine, and sour gas (H₂S) environments, outperforming 2205 duplex and 6Mo alloys.
Broad Thermal Range: Stable performance from -50°C to 300°C (-58°F to 572°F), ideal for subsea pipelines and thermal processing.
